Awesome hotel????

The hotel is exceptional! The location is fantastic, the rooftop view is beyond any words, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the team is awesome and super welcoming, would love to know everyone’s name to mention each member of the team, but unfortunately I don’t, just would like to mention bartender Ruben and his friendly and professional attitude. Thank you for everything! Will return for sure????

Excellent stay!

Loved the size of the room (room 215). Liked cleaniness of the room. Daniela receptionist was very helpful and friendly and took her time to suggest places to eat. We also quickly booked via Daniela a sightseeing tour while having our breakfast. Great service and very professional attitude! Breakfast was great too. Thank you!

Great stay in Firenze

Stunning location, stunning hotel, room was perfect

Rooftop closed at 7pm but at 6 we were unable to access it. There is no particular way to reduce temperature in the room, in November we got an attic which was extremely hot. Opening the windows did not help as insects and almost pigeons came in. Waitress were rude to each other while serving breakfast. Not something you want to see in a 4 star hotel

Great breakfast and offers very spacious rooms for many guests if you can handle very stuffy rooms.

Hotel Croce Di Malta was one of the rare hotels that offered multiple beds and very spacious rooms for multiple guests. It is conveniently located near the train station and the breakfast buffet area (the upper tier) is lovely, one of the best breakfast experiences at a hotel I've had.

The ventilation in the room terrible, especially in the top room. It got so bad, I had to request a fan in the middle of the night (which, to their credit, they readily supplied). They were also having major plumbing issues, but they seemed to have resolved it really quickly.

The room is very spacious and I had a balcony that I would live open at night just to have the feeling of being in Italy. Location is very handy and you can see most of the sightseeing by foot. Staff at the reception are very kind and respectful. Breakfast was really amazing.

Nice balcony and location to the train station and other parts of Firenze. Great breakfast assortment and service from Katerina!

Room had poor circulation and was humid. Housekeeping didn’t clean our coffee cups one day or refill our amenities. They also had a water line break on our floor and had to drill into the stone. We were out of water for a few hours with no communication or gestures.

I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Thank you.

The support of staff was exceptional. We arrived 4 hours before checkin time and our room was sready so we could go straight there. The lady who looked after our floor was equally exceptional in taking care of use, helping us to understand the digital 'do not disturb' sign and ensuring our tea and coffee were kept replenished. The hotel had a flood and staff kept us up to date with the progress of dealing with that. The breakfast was varied and full and plentiful.

Theh only concern I had was the height of the chairs in part of the dining room. It felt like I was a small child. However, when I moved to another table the chairs were fine.

Ideal for city centre if you don’t mind a lack of modern features.

Perfectly situated for central Florence. Bedroom had ample space for a city centre hotel.

The room facilities were out of date and poor for a city centre hotel. Paper cups and no teaspoon despite plenty of tea bags and coffee provision. Hair dryer was ancient and no storage/shelf space in the bathroom.

The location was excellent. Very clean room, good breakfast and the roof terrace bar had stunning views at night

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The air conditioning or fan did not work so the room became very hot and stuffy and made for an uncomfortable night with disturbed sleep. I understand with it being October the cold air maybe off, but the blower should work still to circulate cool air. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work either.

It was a great stay. Good location, staff and breakfast!

The hotel was a short walk from the train station and easy access to the city in general. We walked everywhere! The room was cozy and had a great balcony. Breakfast was included and was great. The roof top bar overlooking the Duomo was a great bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was on the small side.
