Location is excellent. Only a few minutes from the train station. The view from the roof top was stunning. The room was spacious and bathroom was clean and bright with new fixtures. Staff very friendly

The wall was quite thin so if you get a loud neighbour you can hear them.

Overall nice stay and it is a good value for money

The hotel room is huge for the family. It has two floors with sufficient beds for the 5 of us. The room is very clean and it has two toilets which helps. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from the train station so it is very convenient. And it is also close to most of the key tourist spots. The hotel staffs are super friendly and very prompt with their service. Finally, we simply love the breakfast as the room comes with it.

The toilets are very small but it maybe just a common thing with italian hotels. Our room faces the road so it can be noisy especially at night and early morning.

Easy to find, lovely breakfast and great friendly staff!

The breakfast is a really lovely buffet with excellent coffee made for us each morning. There was even oat milk which I was delighted about. The location is superb as it's close to the train station and then close to everything you need to see in central Florence.

The only negative for me was I like a bath after a long day walk and the shower head kept falling down but apart from that it was totally find.

A super hotel, good value, lovely decor, super breakfast. Reception were most helpful and the location good and not far from the T2 airport tram. Highly recommended. Lovely roof top bar and terrace with splendid views across Florance, especially at dusk.

Lovely hotel in a charming neighborhood

This is a beautiful hotel, within easy walking distance of the train station as well as the Duomo and other sites. Fabulous tall ceilings in our rooms, up-to-date bathrooms, friendly staff, well-maintained facility and kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and a special thanks to the lovely ladies who made our double espresso and cappuccino each morning. The rooftop bar was a delightful place to watch the sun set.

The bed was luxurious, but was too soft for me. This is a very subjective complaint; others might think the bed was perfect. The hotel restaurant was closed (except for breakfast). The Booking description should be updated to reflect that.

Lovely hotel in great location

The hotel is located very close to the train station which was one of the reasons I chose. The staff were very friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions and made wonderful suggestions. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Rooftop Bar was a definite highlight! We saw beautiful sunsets over a beautiful city. Highly recommend!
